North Central District Health Department is your local department of public health working in partnership with residents, community organizations, businesses and town government to create a thriving, healthy community through health promotion and disease prevention efforts.  NCDHD believes in a future where health is attainable by all, no matter of age, gender, how much money one makes, or where one lives.  NCDHD strives to reach people where they live, work, and play because at NCDHD, we believe when people live a healthier lifestyle, they will experience a better quality of life.
