Jan. 4: Turn Your Clutter Into Clarity

National Spaghetti Day and another cold forecast in today's edition of 5 Things.

1. A free program entitled "The Functional Organizer, From Clutter to Clarity" will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the , 104 Middle Rd. Rick Woods will help you create a more functional and simpler environment. From junk drawers to garages, paperwork to pantries, he will help you turn your clutter into clarity.

2. Three local high school teams are in action Wednesday, but all are on the road. Fermi-Enfield hockey plays at Simsbury at 5:45 p.m., while in wrestling, competes at Weaver and takes on Canton, both at 6 p.m.

3. Jan. 4 is National Spaghetti Day and Trivia Day.

4. Wednesday will be mostly sunny, with a high temperature near 23, according to the National Weather Service. Wednesday night will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 18.
