Fermi Girls Play Well, But Fall Short Against Windsor

Girls tennis team drops 5-2 decision to Warriors.

Fermi split four singles matches with Windsor, but the Warriors prevailed in all three doubles events to take a 5-2 victory in CCC girls tennis action Wednesday in Enfield.

Sam Jackson and Sheena Ware were victorious for the Falcons. Each lost the first set, but rallied to win the second in a tiebreaker before winning the third set for the win.

Fermi (0-5) plays at Farmington Friday at 3:45 p.m. Windsor (1-6) travels to South Windsor Monday at 3:45 p.m.
