This class is open to children ages 5-12 with a parent/guardian. Better Bodies Big & Small will encourage movement & healthy lifestyle through the use of games, play & fitness programming. The focus will be on developmental movement patterns, not sport specific training. This focus will help foster skills and abilities that develop confidence and coordination. Activities will be progressed and/or regressed for appropriate age levels. Parents and children will learn to use proper form and technique while exercising, as well as the importance of hydrating, warming up and cooling down the body.
Please call our office to pre-register for class. Must be pre-registered to attend as space is limited. Wear comfortable clothing/sneakers and bring water to class. Classes are instructed by a certified personal trainer.
