Enfield Native Shines on Soccer Pitch
Bobby Strevel's play on the pitch is earning him some well-deserved recognition in the college ranks.
The quality of Enfield-native Bobby Strevel’s play is making waves in college soccer.
The former Enfield High player — now a sophomore at Western Connecticut State University — was just named the Little East Conference Men’s Soccer Goalie of the week after posting his third shutout of the season in a 2-0 win over UMass-Dartmouth, Nov. 2.
Strevel recorded 12 saves in the game.
