Snow Causes Cancellations, Early Dismissals in Enfield
Some activities and classes are being canceled in Enfield.

The Enfield Public Library has announced it, along with the Pearl Street Branch, will be closing at 5 p.m. Tues., Jan. 21.

All Enfield schools are on early dismissal Tues., Jan. 21 due to the snow storm expected to dump nearly a foot of snow in town.
The district announced Tuesday morning that all public schools, parochial schools, head start, CREC Public Safety Academy and YWCA Kids Link will be dismissed early with lunch Tuesday.
Additionally, the district announced the cancellation of all afternoon classes, after school activities, park and recreation activities and adult education classes.
ERfC School Age Centers will remain open, however, the district announced.
