The snowfall is gorgeous and it's absolutely freezing (the wind chill has plunged temperatures below zero).
Cancellations began Thursday morning and have extended through Friday evening, with all schools being closed, and all after school activities, parks and recreation, and adult education classes being canceled.
Enfield town hall remains open Friday, with the public library being open, as well.
Those wondering when their Thursday trash and recycling will be completed should put bins back on the curb for pick up on Sat., Jan. 4.
The town's parking ban remains in effect.
