Auditions Scheduled for Second Enfield Idol Competition

Singers may audition on Jan. 2 or 4 from 5-8 p.m. at Enfield High School.

It's time once again for Enfield residents to showcase their amazing vocal talents.

Auditions have been scheduled for the second annual Enfield Idol competition, which will take place Friday, March 15 at Enfield High School.

Sponsored by the Enfield Foundation for Excellence in Education (EFEE), the inaugural Enfield Idol event was a smashing success. Tickets to the show at Asnuntuck Community College sold out in a matter of days, necessitating the move to a larger facility.

Potential contestants must be Enfield residents, and all ages are eligible to audition.

Auditions will be held Wednesday and Friday, Jan. 2 and 4, from 5-8 p.m. in the Enfield High School auditorium. To secure an audition time slot, contact Gina Sullivan at 860-573-7806.

For more information about EFEE, visit the web site or call Shannon at 860-997-5462.
