Found it in another aritcle on Patch: Mayor Scott Kaupin said the Kennedy Middle School shelter is being set up today in case of need, and the Department of Public Works was out all weekend checking storm drains and typical flood areas. "We feel we're in good shape," Kaupin said.

In case of need.... I just cant believe they want seniors trying to get out to a shelter during the hieght of a storm. Kaupin, you might be in good shape but many elderly people are not..... they are scared and nothing is being done. These are your townspeople....and nothing is solidified.

Open and available for water and to charge electronics. They do not indicate whether in this print or via phoning the school that arrangements have been made for the elderly to go to soon before the storm increases beyond safety.
