School Board-Elect to Take Oath of Office

The new board will be seated Tuesday night, followed by the election of the board chair and a ceremony honoring the service of exiting members.

Those elected to serve on Enfield's board of education in the Nov. 5 municipal election are scheduled to take the oath of office Tues., Nov. 19.

Upon taking the oath of office, board members will vote to elect a chair, vice president and secretary.

The board will conduct a ceremony presenting service recognition awards to outgoing board members Donna Szewczak, Jennifer Rancout, Joyce Hall and Kevin Fealy.

The board is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in town hall council chambers.
