"This special day is an opportunity for after school providers to share the value and importance of quality afterschool programs for students, families, and the community," said Beth Mangan, ERfC’s Volunteer and Community Programs Coordinator. "We were pleased to speak to our representatives in Hartford about the need for legislation to support afterschool programs in Connecticut.”
