After these people are found guilty of their crimes, they should be presented with the bill from all police agencies involved for all cost involved in the case. The cost of their meals while in holding, cost of gasoline, cost for the search, administrative costs, etc. If the person is a minor, make the parents pay. I wonder how much it cost from the time of the incident to the time the person goes to jail. Why should the taxpayer pay for criminal behavior?

Actually, even minors should have to repay their own debts to society? How else will anyone learn anything if they are not responsible for their own acts? Parents should not have to pay for the debts, parents did not commit the crime. It is the responsibility of the individuals to own their mistakes and make whatever penance is necessary.
