August 27

Cynthia Fowler-Menard, 48, of 36B Maple Ave., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit 2nd-degree larceny, 1st-degree identity theft, and conspiracy to commit 1s-degree identity theft on a prior 2012 warrant; 6 a.m.

James P. Menard, 41, of 36B Maple Ave., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit 2nd-degree larceny, 1st-degree identity theft, and conspiracy to commit 1s-degree identity theft on a prior 2012 warrant; 6 a.m.

Daniel J. Murphy, 22, of 20 Brainard Rd., Enfield was charged with 6th-degree larceny in connection with a larceny call at Enfield Express on Enfield and Parker Sts.; 9:22 a.m.

Braden L. Hawley, 29,  of 171 Merrill Corner, Bloomfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and 3rd-degree assault in connection with a domestic disturbance on Tabor Rd.; 11:30 a.m.

Thomas P. McKeown, 44, of 16 Avon St. Ext., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and 3rd-degree assault in connection with a domestic disturbance on Avon St.; 6:50 p.m.

Michael J. Mackey, 61, of 18 Christopher Dr., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace in connection with a disorderly conduct on Christopher Dr.; 9:30 p.m.
