A fast-moving fire destroyed a travel trailer Saturday afternoon on Shaker Road.
The Shaker Pines Fire Department was dispatched to the area of 249 Shaker Road around 12:30 p.m. Responding units found a trailer fully involved and threatening a wooden structure in close proximity, aqccording to Mark Zarcaro, public information officer for the Enfield fire departments.
Firefighters remained on the scene for an extended period of time due to the potential for a propane tank explosion. Mutual aid from all five Enfield fire departments responded to the scene, Zarcaro said.
