Enfield police and members of the Drug Enforcement Agency seized around 14 kilograms of marijuana from a vehicle at the Kohl's Plaza on Elm Street Tuesday.

The joint investigation between local law enforcement authorities and the DEA resulted in the arrest of a Massachusetts man around noontime.

Patrick Goldstein, 26, of Palmer, MA, was taken into custody. Charges have not yet been released, but Chief Carl Sferrazza said he is being held on $50,000 bond.

The marijuana, which totals around 28 pounds, has an estimated street value of about $100,000, police said.
