Sept. 26

Joshua T. Carr, 18, of 10 Oakwood St., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, on a 2011 warrant, 1:35 a.m.

Tracy L. Blythe, 37, of 613 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged with 1st-degree failure to appear, on an out-of-town warrant, 5:20 p.m.

Frank A. Swart, Jr., 48, of 53 College St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Church and North Main Sts., 5:42 p.m.

Gauge K. Meunier, 18, of 15 Beverly St., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, reckless driving and 2nd-degree assault with a motor vehicle, on a 2012 warrant, 8:19 p.m.

Sept. 27

Crystal M. Simmons, 26, of 41 Church St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Church St., 12:18 a.m.

April D. McDaniel, 31, of 39 Church St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Church St., 12:18 a.m.

Caroline E. Morra, 46, of 343 Stone Rd., Windsor, was charged with 2nd-degree forgery and 6th-degree larceny, on a 2012 warrant, 9:40 a.m.

Courtney N. Courchesne, 18, of 88 High St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on High St., 9:50 p.m.
