Oct. 5

Jasenko Marin, 45, of 166 Gravel St., Meriden, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to reinstate license after 60 days, failure to return license and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Hazard Ave., 1:12 a.m.

David L. Palafox-Guzman, 25, of 524 Grayson Dr., Springfield, MA, was charged with 2nd-degree false statement, 2nd-degree false incident report, interfering with an officer and operating a motor vehicle using a handheld telephone/mobile electronic device, on a 2011 warrant, 5:30 p.m.

Merle E. Crouse, Jr., 80, of 33 Middlesex Dr., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 2nd-degree unlawful restraint, 2nd-degree threatening and interfering with an emergency call, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Middlesex Dr., 5:59 p.m.

Oct. 6

Nicole K. Dimmock, 21, of 128 Spring St, Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call at the Red Roof Inn on Hazard Ave., 4:23 a.m. 

Oct. 7

Omar D. Roblero-Mendez, 26, of 40 Palmyra St., Springfield, MA, was charged with operating under the influence, improper use of marker, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, disobeying signal of an officer and operating without a license, in connection with a motor vehicle accident at Silvia's Restaurant on North Main St., 1:13 a.m.

Jose P. Fonseca, 22, of 57-B Church St., Enfield, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, risk of injury to a child, possession/use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance/marijuana, in connection with a criminal call on College and Church Sts., 9:19 p.m.
