Oct. 26

Kevonna L. Norman, 21, of 10 Russell St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault, 2nd-degree criminal mischief and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Pearl St., 5:47 a.m.

Andre Figueroa Gonzalez, 22, of 27 Bigelow Ave., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree harassment, in connection with a domestic disturbance on D'Annunzio Ave., 10:54 a.m.

Rodney T. Desrosiers, 53, of 28 Elm St., Enfield, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender (three counts), on a 1999 warrant, 6:50 p.m.

Oct. 27

Raymond A. Simms, Jr., 34 of 191 Enfield St., Apt. 4, Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault, 3rd-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance at the Cloverleaf Motel on Enfield St., 12:59 a.m.

Gamiliel Torres, 35, of 904 Gatewood Dr., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree strangulation, 2nd-degre unlawful restraint, interfering with an emergency call, risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Gatewood Dr., 1:21 a.m.

Julia Nieves, 53, of no certain address, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance at the Olive Garden on Hazard Ave., 7:25 p.m.

Oct. 28

Justin D. Womack, 21, of 62 Prospect Ave., Hartford, was charged with 1st-degree criminal trespass, in connection with a criminal trespass call at Healthtrax on Weymouth Rd., 1:07 a.m.

Mark A. Jenkins, 23, of 135 Andover St., Hartford, was charged with 1st-degree criminal trespass, in connection with a criminal trespass call at Healthtrax on Weymouth Rd., 1:07 a.m.

Shakayla S. Willis, 19, of 102 Whittier St., Springfield, MA, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call at Healthtrax on Weymouth Rd., 1:11 a.m.

Jeffry R. Barnes, 23, of 417 Woodland St., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to obey stop sign, in connection with a DUI call on south Rd. and Phoenix Ave., 1:44 a.m.

Obrain R. Grey, 23, of 21-B Elm Corners, Windsor Locks, was charged with interfering with an officer, in connection with a criminal call at the Mobil Mart on King St., 2:27 a.m.

Shelton S. Mickell, 20, of no certain address, was charged with 1st-degree criminal trespass, in connection with a criminal trespass call at Healthtrax on Weymouth Rd., 1:07 a.m.

Kevin St. Hilaire, 38, of 1710 West 2nd St., Lakeland, FL, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Hartford Ave., 9:00 p.m.
