Oct. 22

Shaquan Hairston, 18, of 17 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, 3rd-degree assault, 2nd-degree breach of peace, criminal attempt to commit 3rd-degree robbery and possession/use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a criminal call on Windsor St., 4:51 p.m.

Antonio L. Arcos II, 23, of 1442 Quinnipiac Ave., New Haven, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on an out-of-town warrant, 8:22 p.m.

Jerry A. Atkinson, 25, of 63 New King St., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on an out-of-town warrant, 7:58 p.m.

Oct. 23

Max W. Groszyk, 19, of 60 Weymouth Rd., Enfield, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and possession of alcohol by a minor, in connection with a DUI call on Oliver and Post Office Rds., 12:51 a.m.

Erika N. Yarbrough, 35, of 56 Coventry St., Hartford, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on an out-of-town warrant, 5:08 a.m.

Carmen L. Pikul, 47, of 31 Brookside Village, Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, on an out-of-town warrant, 6:21 a.m.

Mohammad R. Akhtar, 18, of 63 Green Valley Dr., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a suspicious person call on Lafayette St., 4:24 p.m.

Dominick A. Torres, 18, of 262 Pearl St., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics and operating without a license, in connection with a narcotics violation on Pearl and South Sts., 5:50 p.m.
