Oct. 31


Christopher J. Kertenis, 30, of 171 E. Center Street, No. 2C, Manchester, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance call to 252 N. Maple Street; 10:25 p.m.


Lance F. Massey, 24, of 343 Trafton Avenue, Springfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree burglary and third-degree assault following a burglary call to 28 South Street; 3:17 a.m.

Mark Joseph Toccaline, 43, of 60 ½ Lincoln Street, Enfield, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace following a domestic disturbance call to 60 ½ Lincoln Street; 3:14 p.m.

Jerry A. Atkinson Jr., 26, of 22 St. James Avenue, Enfield, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and arrested on a warrant; 10:30 a.m.


Karl Alister Toccaline, 21, of 60 ½ Lincoln Street, Enfield, was charged with failure to appear and arrested on an out-of-town warrant; 1 a.m.

Debra Karin, 48, of 11 Hazard Avenue, Rm. 157, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; 4:54 p.m.


Shawn Patrick Schillinger, 19, of 16 Woodward Avenue, Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting and criminal attempt to assault public safety or emergency personnel; 1 a.m.


Oct. 26


Carl K. Beaupre, 24, of 32 Parky Drive, Enfield, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to display lights and violating traffic control signal laws; 2:45 a.m.


Robert McKenzie, 25, 37 James Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct; 12 p.m.


Essie Shaki, 24, of 386 Allen Park Road, Springfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct; 12:30 p.m.

Zachary S. Nolan, 19, of 322 Abbe Road, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; 10:18 a.m.

Aurelia K. Price, 31, of 594 Ferry Street, New Haven, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, failure to meet minimum state motor vehicle insurance requirements, failure to return license or registration and interfering with an officer/resisting; 9:25 p.m.


Cheryl L. Miles, 51, of 3 Pioneer Heights Road, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to grant right of way, improper turn, and no stop signal; 2:15 a.m.

Kyle D. Perzanowki, 24, of 275 South Street, Vernon, was charged with second-degree failure to appear; 1:30 a.m.


Daniel Joseph Duguay, 25, of no address given, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, evading responsibility in an accident causing physical injury or property damage, failure to meet minimum state motor vehicle insurance requirements and failure to display lights; 1:05 a.m.

Samuel H. Moreno, 35, of 285 Main Street, East Hartford, was charged with third-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit third-degree forgery, criminal attempt to commit fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; 12:45 p.m.


Ivette Luz Medero, 45, of 285 Main Street, East Hartford, was charged with third-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit third-degree forgery, criminal attempt to commit fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; 12:45 p.m.


Justin L. Foster, 27, of 132 High Street, Third Floor, Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order; 9:45 a.m.


Justin Oliver, 33, of 1 Clear Street, Enfield, was charged with violation of probation; 4:55 a.m.

Christopher Colbert, 32, of 243 Pearl Street, Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics and interfering with an officer; 1:45 a.m.

Timothy M. Littlejohn, 25, of 12 Pilgrim Circle, Enfield, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence; 12:30 a.m.


Oct. 17


Juan T. Martinez, 38, of 177 Marion Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief; 10:17 p.m.


Robert William Betterley, 53, of 44 Tariff Street, Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting, second-degree false incident reporting and disorderly conduct; 12:01 a.m.

Richard Robotham, Sr., 40, of 7 Washington Avenue, Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct; 6:05 a.m.
