Oct. 10

Timothy J. Sanderson, 31, of 27 Pleasant St., Apt. B-3, East Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a DUI call on Raffia Rd., 1:39 a.m.

Jessica Ramos, 36, of 660 South Bridge St., Holyoke, MA, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Target on Elm St., 9:46 a.m.

Charles O. Hill, 45, of 2 Martin Terr., Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Martin Terr., 10:45 a.m.

Kate M. Alevras, 26, of 1790 Westfield St., West Springfield, MA, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, reckless driving and engaging police in pursuit, on a 2012 warrant, 2:17 p.m.

Jeffrey D. Twining, 34, of 83 Lake Rd., Enfield, was charged with 5th-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a larceny call at Target on Elm St., 3:00 p.m.

Isaac A. Mensah, 46, of 50 Hillside St., East Hartford, was charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer and operating under suspension, in connection with a criminal call on Elm St. and Harvest Rd., 4:08 p.m.

Robert J. Galbraith, 42, of 8 Southview St., Enfield, was charged with 1st-degree failure to appear (two counts) and 2nd-degree failure to appear (two counts), on a 2011 warrant and three 2012 warrants, 6:50 p.m.

Oct. 11

Kenneth R. Schubert II, 41, of 38 Florence Ave., Holyoke, MA, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on a 2011 warrant, 11:10 a.m.

James F. Dowd, 20, of 4 Cottage Green, Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Cottage Green, 1:19 p.m.
