Oct. 1

Dwayne D. McLaren, 28, of 1188 Middle Tpk. West, Manchester, was charged with possession of a hallucinogen/greater than four ounces of marijuana, sale of certain illegal drugs, sale of a controlled substance, conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school/daycare, conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school/daycare, non-student possession of drugs near a school/daycare and conspiracy to commit non-student possession of drugs near a school/daycare, in connection with a narcotics violation on Lafayette St., 2:23 p.m.

Carlyle R. Barnett, 37, of 1 Colony Rd., Enfield, was charged with possession of a hallucinogen/greater than four ounces of marijuana, sale of certain illegal drugs, sale of a controlled substance, conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school/daycare, conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school/daycare, non-student possession of drugs near a school/daycare and conspiracy to commit non-student possession of drugs near a school/daycare, in connection with a narcotics violation on Lafayette St., 2:23 p.m. 

Christopher R. Stebbins, 22, of 131 Main St., Apt. 2-A, East Windsor, was charged with violation of probation (three counts), on a pair of 2010 warrants and an out-of-town warrant, 5:00 p.m.

Oct. 2

Anna R. Cohn, 23, of 66 Woodland Rd., Longmeadow, MA, was charged with issuing a bad check, on a 2011 warrant, 8:19 a.m.

David W. Ellis, 61, of 52 Wells Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with disorderly conduct, on a 2012 warrant, 3:10 p.m.
