Nov. 23

Ericka N. Cousineau, 29, of 16 Pine Grove Ave., Enfield, was charged with violating a standing criminal restraining order, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Hazard Ave. and Palomba Dr., 12:36 p.m.

Robert A. Herbert, 47, of 11 Donna St., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Donna St., 6:34 p.m.

Linda M. Landry, 54, of F-6 Bradley Cir., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree false incident report and misuse of the 911 system, in connection with a criminal call on Green Manor Rd., 8:44 p.m.

Nicholas P. Marocchini, 19, of 104 Pond Cir., Somers, was charged with interfering with an officer, operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in conection with a DUI call on Brainard and Washington Rds., 11:22 p.m.

Nov. 24

Paul J. Raschi, 46, of 174 Shaker Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to keep right at a curve/intersection, on a 2012 warrant, 6:00 a.m.

Leslie A. Brown, 26, of 388 Park Ave., East Hartford, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Sears on Elm St., 12:52 p.m.

Odyssey D. Kelley, 19, of 132 Cottage Grove Rd., Bloomfield, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Sears on Elm St., 1:39 p.m.

Janina Markowski, 62, of 101 Third St., Suffield, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Macy's on Elm St., 3:04 p.m.

Alexander L. Ramsey, 22, of 27 Steele Rd., Enfield, was charged with 1st-degree failure to appear (13 counts), 2nd-degree failure to appear (four counts) and violation of probation, on 18 2012 warrants, 6:15 p.m.

Brian O. Prescott, 55, of 357 Washington Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to obey traffic control signals and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a DUI call on Enfield and Franklin Sts., 8:12 p.m.

Nov. 25

Russell A. Wheeler, 55, of 13 Impala Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a DUI call on Brainard and Fairlane Rds., 12:23 a.m.

Craig S. Anderson, 50, of 30 Legion Dr., Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without tint inspection, in connection with a DUI call on Elm St. and Palomba Dr., 1:04 a.m.

Joseph D. Citino, 20, of 133 Clifford Dr., South Windsor, was charged with 1st-degree reckless endangerment, 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Foxcroft Rd., 3:07 a.m.

Ralph J. Freeman, 47, of 27 Wagon Rd., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, on an out-of-town warrant, 9:08 p.m.
