Nov. 15


Leonard C. Wheatley, 36, of 29 Burns Avenue, Enfield, was charged with second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct, third-degree mischief and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana following a domestic disturbance call to 29 Burns Avenue; 3:20 a.m.

Russell M. Ryan, Jr., .66, of 22 Grove Street, Windsor Locks, was charged with public indecency following a disorderly conduct call to the Parsons Road Boat Launch; 12:34 p.m.

Cailin J. Barrett, 24, of 40 Sharren Lane, Enfield, was charged with driving under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions after being stopped at Elm Street and Rt. 5; 2 a.m.


Nov. 17


Joseph Steven Mangeri, 21, of 277 Jackson Road, Enfield, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped at Elm Street and Freshwater Boulevard; 2:01 a.m.


Michael J. Mackey, 62, of 18 Christopher Drive, Enfield, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release following a call for service to 18 Christopher Drive; 9:36 p.m.


Nov. 18


Brandon Dale Ouellette, 25, of 19C Manning Road, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and arrested on a fulfilled warrant; 4:30 p.m.


Maria E. Tolentino, 45, of 30 Church Street, Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and arrested on a fulfilled warrant; 8:15 p.m.


Deena Marie Keene, 41, of 18 Dannunzio Avenue, Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order following a domestic disturbance call to 18 Dannunzio Avenue; 10:29 p.m.


Nov. 19


Anthony David Kozaczka, 29, of 12 Sherwin Road, Enfield, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane after being stopped at Rt. 5 and South Road; 12:52 a.m.


James Walter Zbikowski, 49, of 17 Foxcroft Road, Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order, interfering with an emergency call and second-degree breach of peace following domestic disturbance call to 18 Dannunzio Avenue; 2:15 a.m.


Thomas G. Caloon, 21, of 1 Carol Street, Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and arrested on a fulfilled warrant; 7:20 a.m.


Timothy Joseph Quail, 26, of 58 Varno Lane, Enfield, was charged with violation of probation and arrested on an out-of-town warrant; 6 p.m.


Andrew Jason Peacock, 35, of 22F Prospect Street, Enfield, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, use of a motor vehicle without permission and possession of a controlled substance and arrested on a fulfilled warrant; 6:40 p.m.


Matthew Robert Welsh, 25, of 90 Custer Drive, Windsor, was charged with second-degree harassment and arrested on a fulfilled warrant; 8 p.m.


Margaret Marie Torres, 34, of 29 Laurel Park, Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace and arrested on a fulfilled warrant; 9:10 p.m.


Nov. 20


Michael Watson Howard, 53, of 20 Laurel Park, Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault following a domestic disturbance call to 20 Laurel Park; 11:55 a.m.
