Ashley A. Smith, 27, of 88 High St., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and 3rd-degree assault on a prior 2012 warrant, 1:02 a.m.
Nov. 13
Sierra A. Fennell, 19, of 18 Guild St., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear on a prior 2011 warrant, 1:25 p.m.
Austen R. Smart, 26, of 69 Bennett Road, Wilbraham, MA, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear on a prior 2010 warrant, 2:15 p.m.
William Bouchard, 51, of 100 East Center St. Room 130, Manchester, was charged with 1st-degree harassment and 2nd-degree threatening, in connection with criminal call at Bigelow Commons, 6:15 p.m.
