March 8

Joshua T. Carr, 19, of 10 Oakwood St., Enfield, was charged with sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school/daycare and nonstudent drug possession near a school, in connection with a narcotics violation at Elm Meadows, 6:31 p.m.

Chau T. Tiet, 23, of 78 South River St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance on South River St., 6:29 p.m.

March 9

Benjamin Jackson, 341, of 2315 Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and speeding, in connection with a DUI call on Elm St. and Freshwater Blvd., 2:18 a.m.

Lawrence M. Deloy, 61, of 4 Cedar Ln., Unionville, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a DUI call on Moody and Taylor Rds., 10:37 p.m.

March 10

Amy E. Brunell, 40, of 26 Jackson Rd., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Jackson Rd., 12:55 a.m.

Melissa M. Arroyo, 21, of 51 Jefferson Ave., Springfield, MA, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disorderly conduct call at Silvia's Restaurant on North Main St., 1:57 a.m.

Michael J. McManus, 35, of 6 Charles St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and causing unnecessary noise, in connection with a DUI call on Hazard Ave., 9:31 p.m.
