Daniel P. Caouette, 30, of 625 Taylor Rd., Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with an offense on a family call on Taylor Rd., 3:57 p.m.

Meghan K. Hall, 31, of 76 Magnolia Terr., Springfield, MA, was charged with operating under the influence, improper turns and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, in connection with a DUI call on Elm St., 1:40 a.m.
