July 23

Chris J. Fassel, 39, of 32 Jackson Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear on a prior out of town warrant; 1:35 p.m.

Anthony T. Yacino, 20, of 21 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace in connection with a domestic disturbance on Hartford Ave.; 9:30 p.m.

Dominick Yacino, 22, of 12 Hartford Ave., Windsor Locks, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace in connection with a domestic disturbance on Hartford Ave.; 9:30 p.m.

July 24

Heather E. Kirby, 37, of 59 Baldwin Dr., Hampden, MA, was charged with 5th-degree larceny in connection with a larceny call at Kohl's on Elm St.; 3:20 p.m.

Loreto R. Mora, 39, of no current address, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace in connection with a disorderly conduct on Thompson Ct.; 4:24 p.m.

Tyler F. Brodeur, 20, of no current address, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace in connection with a domestic disturbance on North Main St.; 6:20 p.m.

Steven Berry, 18, of 22D Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace in connection with a domestic disturbance on North Main St.; 6:20 p.m.

Jemar L. Mack, 32, of 95 Abbe Rd., Enfield, was charged with reckless driving and engaging police in pursuit in connection with a traffic violation on Interstate 91, Exit 49 Northbound; 10:35 p.m.
