Jan. 2

Dominick A. Torres, 19, of 262 Pearl St., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drugs near a school/daycare, possession of a controlled substance/marijuana, possession/use of drug paraphernalia, 1st-degree forgery and failure to respond to a payable violation, in connection with a narcotics violation on Pearl St. and on a 2012 warrant, 6:37 a.m.

Victor E. Smith, 29, of 56 Fairview Ave., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession/use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a narcotics violation at Eppendorf on Freshwater Blvd., 10:22 a.m.

Courtney L. Mastalisz, 31, of 1 Pebblestone Cir., Suffield, was charged with 2nd-degree forgery and obtaining a controlled drug via forged prescription, in connection with a fraud call at Costco on Freshwater Blvd., 10:20 a.m.

Lucesita Marte, 41, of 52 Allen St., Windsor, was charged with 1st-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit 1st-degree larceny and false statement-eligibility requirements, on a 2012 warrant, 1:02 p.m.

Maranjelly Viera, 20, of 52 Allen St., Windsor, was charged with 1st-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit 1st-degree larceny and false statement-eligibility requirements, on a 2012 warrant, 1:02 p.m.

Jan. 3

Jennifer L. Bonaparte (White), 36, of 27 Burton St., Hartford, was charged with 2nd-degree forgery, 5th-degree larceny and 6th-degree larceny, on 2011 and 2012 warrants, 10:20 a.m.

Gary S. Nester, 51, of 25 Brainard Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Enfield St. and Sword Ave., 9:37 p.m.
