Jan. 16

Matthew Brown, 19, of 17 Jewel St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Brainard and Drummond Rds., 1:14 a.m.

John A. Bouchard, 36, of 13 Grove Rd., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, on a 2011 warrant, 5:07 p.m.

Jennifer Bentley, 38, of 100 Dunfey Ln., Windsor, was charged with interfering with an officer, speeding and failure to carry license, in connection with a traffic violation on Elm St., 10:16 p.m.

Jan. 17

Todd S. DiCecco, 42, of 35 Terrace Dr., Vernon, was charged with possession of more than a half-ounce but less than four ounces of marijuana, possession of drugs near a school/daycare, possession/use of drug paraphernalia and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, in connection with a traffic violation on Hazard Ave. and Beverly St., 1:32 a.m.

Jason Pete, 32, of 72 Inglewood Ave., Waterbury, was charged with credit card theft, charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card, possessing a receipt from an illegally-used credit card and 4th-degree larceny, on a 2012 warrant, 10:30 a.m.

Jessica Brunelle, 30, of 65 Brookside Village, Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, on an out-of-town warrant, 10:55 a.m.

Paul D. Mayers, 39, of 5 Freemont Rd., Enfield, was charged with using a motor vehicle without permission, 3rd-degree burglary, 6th-degree larceny, operating under the influence and operating under suspension, in connection with a criminal call on Freemont Rd., 4:03 p.m.

Vanessa Vazquez, 30, of no certain address, was charged with 3rd-degree arson and 1st-degree criminal mischief, on a 2012 warrant, 5:00 p.m.

Christina Yarmesky, 19, of 933 Holmstead Ave., Holyoke, MA, was charged with 6th-degree larceny and 2nd-degree breach of peace, on a 2012 warrant, 6:30 p.m.
