Gerard M. Duggan, 24, of 36 Sapphire St., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 2nd-degree threatening, 2nd-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an emergency call, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Sapphire St., 5:07 p.m.
Antonio Gonzalez, 20, of 22 Green Valley Dr., Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Manning Rd., 9:46 p.m.

Brian R. Velasquez, 47, of 78 The Laurels, Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, on a 2012 warrant, 6:45 a.m.
Jaime A. Pajak, 32, of 11 West Shore Dr., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on an out-of-town warrant, 5:57 p.m.
Richard M. Phillips, 56, of 12 Central St., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, on a 2010 warrant, 6:35 p.m.
