Feb. 20

Paul M. Benjamin, 41, of 1415 Woodgate Cir., Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance at Enfield Superior Court on Phoenix Ave., 10:00 a.m.

Jose M. Serrano, 28, of 65 Albert Ave., Wethersfield, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on a 2013 warrant, 11:20 a.m.

Tyler J. O'Neill, 19, of 11 Carol St., Enfield, was charged with possession of more than a half-ounce but less than four ounces of a controlled substance, on a 2013 warrant, 7:45 p.m.

Feb. 21

Nathan A. Cook, 18, of no certain address, was charged with 1st-degree failure to appear, on a 2012 warrant, 12:45 p.m.

Matthew A. Toce, 20, of 15 Michael Dr., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, operating under suspension and evading responsibility, on a 2013 warrant, 5:30 p.m.
