Dec. 21

Kevin James, 39, of 22-A Prospect St., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, on a 2009 warrant, 5:50 a.m.

Jay M. Pelletier, 52, of 92-D Tariff St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Spring St., 9:05 p.m.

Juan F. Garcia, 31, of 130 Elm St., West Springfield, Ma, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey stop sign, in connection with a DUI call on Booth St. and Booth Rd., 10:02 p.m.

Dec. 22

Jeannine R. Hopman, 33, of 7 Garnet Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and 3rd-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Garnet Rd., 11:53 p.m., Dec. 21.

Nathaniel X. Lindo, 20, of 8 Keller Ct., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Garfield St., 4:43 p.m.

Tonya L. Christian, 41, of 653 Main St., Somers, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Bob's on Hazard Ave., 3:46 p.m.

Carmen Diaz, 50, of 87 Oak St., Springfield, MA, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Macy's on Elm St., 7:12 p.m.

Jose Gonzales, 73, of 83 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and 3rd-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Spring St., 7:30 p.m.

Patricia M. Singlar, 53, of 96 Green Valley Dr., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and 3rd-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Spring St., 7:30 p.m.

John J. Thomas, 47, of 19 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, speeding, possession of a controlled substance/marijuana and possession/use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a DUI call on Enfield St. and Park Ave., 8:07 p.m.

Dec. 23

Edgar O. Hernandez, 23, of 52 Green Valley Dr., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree burglary, tampering with physical evidence, interfering with an officer (two counts) and 5th-degree larceny, on a 2012 warrant, 12:05 a.m.

Scott A. Ryan, Jr., 27, of 4 Coslin Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic violation on Shaker and Taylor Rds., 6:31 a.m.

Jesse A. Bluto, 25, of 54 Mass Ave., Ludlow, MA, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Bob's on Hazard Ave., 4:01 p.m.

Terry M. Smith, 42, of 16 Elm St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, possession/use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance/marijuana, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Enfield and Elm Sts., 5:01 p.m.

Raymond O. Lampron, 25, of 10 Roberts Rd., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Roberts Rd., 4:33 p.m.

Wendy S. Rhodes, 34, of 99 John St., New York, NY, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a DUI call on Freshwater Blvd., 11:18 p.m.
