Dec. 10

Brian R. Velasquez, 47, of 78 The Laurels, Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to obey traffic control signals, operating under suspension and failure to return license/registration, in connection with a DUI call on North Maple St. and Shaker Rd. 2:06 a.m.

Michael J. Swart, 44, of 14 Douglas Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and 2nd-degree threatening, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Douglas Rd., 4:37 p.m.

Dec. 11

Rylee E. Selvig, 19, of 12 Nancy Dr., Enfield, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and possession/use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a criminal call on Taylor Rd. and Brett Ln., 2:53 a.m.

Brandon P. Fealy, 18, of 6 Meade Ln., Enfield, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession/use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance/marijuana, in connection with a criminal call on Taylor Rd. and Brett Ln., 2:53 a.m.

Antonio J. Carrion, 25, of 35 Carmela Terr., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, on a 2010 warrant, 5:34 a.m.

Loreto M. Razon, 40, of 27 South St., Enfield, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, on a 2012 warrant, 4:20 p.m.

Thomas C. Ragno, 69, of 15 Pomeroy Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree threatening and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Pomeroy Rd., 4:28 p.m.
