William Livermore III, 28, 482 Taylor Rd., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and 3rd-degree strangulation, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Taylor Rd., 12:10 a.m.
Janixy Montalban, 22, of 116 Massasoit St. Springfield, MA, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance at CCI Robinson at Shaker and Taylor Rds., 9:00 a.m.

Kamlesh S. Mistri, 39, of 12 Winter Way, Enfield was charged with 2nd-degree false statement, on a 2011 warrant, 11:40 a.m.

Robert Russo, 47, of 8 Hadden St., Bristol, was charged with 3rd-degree larceny, on a 2011 warrant, 11:45 a.m.
David A. Michaud, 25, of 129 Fox Hill Lane, Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, illegal sale of prescription drugs and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, in connection with a DUI call at Fox Hill Apartments on Fox Hill Ln., 5:22 p.m.
Loreto M. Razon, 38, of Enfield, was charged with creating a public disturbance, in connection with a disorderly conduct call at Freshwater Pond on North Main St., 7:35 p.m.
August 25
David E. Sorrell, 28, of 65 Ridge Rd., Enfield was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, in connection with a DUI call on Frew Terrace, 3:45 a.m.
Ellen L. Hendsey, 51, of 87 Cottage Rd., Enfield, was charged with cruelty to persons, 2nd-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct, on a 2011 warrant, 10:30 a.m.
Kaitlyn A. Mangeri, 21, of 277 Jackson Rd., Enfield, was charged with 1st-degree failure to appear, on an out of town warrant, 10:50 a.m.
Kathleen A. Gable, 52, of 57 Burnham St., Enfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and evading responsibility of property damage/injury, on a 2011 warrant, 12:05 p.m.
