August 31

David A. Thomas, 20, of 15 Gerrard Ave., Springfield, MA, was charged with 2nd-degree assault, carrying a dangerous weapon and 2nd-degree breach of peace, on a 2012 warrant, 11:00 a.m.

Donovan A. Criscitelli, 19, of 13 Bailey Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on an out-of-town warrant, 1:45 p.m.

Brenda S. McClain, 37, of 17 Essex St., Hartford, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Bob's on Hazard Ave., 3:55 p.m.

September 1

Christy L. Torres, 30, of 86 Pleasant St., Apt. 4, Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order and 1st-degree criminal trespass, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Pearl St., 4:06 p.m.

Jesse D. Rowland, 42, of no certain address, was charged with 1st-degree failure to appear (two counts) and 2nd-degree failure to appear, on 2010, 2011 and 2012 warrants, 6:30 p.m.

Michelle Moore, 37, of 48 Webster Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, in connection with a DUI call on Theodore St. and Raffia Rd., 10:26 p.m.

Demetrios S. Kehayias, 41, of 155 West Main St., Vernon, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a DUI call on Elm St., 11:03 p.m.

September 2

Alex M. Harrington, 20, of 41 Harness Dr., Somers, was charged with driving under the influence and failuer to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Brainard Rd., 3:14 a.m.
