Ryan C. Moran, 28, of 28 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/marijuana, operating under the influence and improper use of high beam lights, in connection with a DUI call on Enfield St., 1:59 a.m.

August 4

Viktor L. Baranov, 29, of 327 Springfield St., Springfield, MA, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Hazard Ave. and Palomba Dr., 8:29 p.m.

Michael W. Dise, 33, of 14 Manhattan St., Springfield, MA, was charged with operating under the influence, operating without a license, failure to use seat belt and possession of less than a half-ounce of a cannabis-type substance, in connection with a narcotics violation on Palomba Dr. and Hazard Ave., 10:36 p.m.

August 5

Adam M. Friedman, 26, of 10 Memorial Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and improper rear/marker lamps, in connection with a DUI call on Booth Rd. and Roy St., 12:53 a.m.

Robert A. Sander, 23, of 2 Dover Rd., Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order, 2nd-degree breach of peace and 3rd-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Dover Rd., 9:23 p.m.
