Aug. 15

Adam M. Rochette, 25, of 18 Grove Street, Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct; 9:40 p.m.

Aug. 16

Kevin Michael Uzell, 38, of 71 Park Avenue, Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear; 8:50 a.m.

Matthew Thomas Ellis, 23, of 48 Harrison Street, Windsor Locks, was charged with violation of a protective order; 2:45 p.m.

Michael Robert McIntyre, 34, of 12 Pleasant Street, Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; 4:30 p.m.

Zachary Ryan Bombard, 23, of 101 Prospect Street, Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; 4:30 p.m.

Ronnie Eugene Osbornem 31, of 351 Hazard Avenue, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; 8 p.m.

Raymond Floyd Lee, 32, of 121 Prospect Street, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call and second-degree criminal mischief; 8 p.m.

Dayle Michelle St. Amand, 36, of 351 Hazard Avenue, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call; 8 p.mm.

Aug. 17

Anthony Harris-Spence, 18, of 19 Vineland Terrace, Hartford, was charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana; 1:39 a.m.

Naykim C. Hamilton, 38, of 511 Dutchess, Springfield, MA, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to use a seat belt and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana; 8:02 p.m.

Maurice P. Doyon, m64, of A12 Bradley Circle, Enfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol; 9:26 p.m.

Larry D. Smith, 24, of 76 Buckingham Street, Springfield, MA, was charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana; 11 p.m.

Brian Luiz, 45, of 78 South River Street, Enfield, was charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana; 11 p.m.
