Aug. 12

Kristin N. Pulkkinen, 24, of 7 Second Ave., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Pleasant St., 12:13 p.m.

Andrew J. Wrann, 23, of 4 South St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault, 2nd-degree breach of peace and 4th-degree criminal mischief, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Pleasant St., 12:13 p.m.

Aug. 13

Mark A. Chevalier, 38, of 39 Eastgate Ln., Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, 3rd-degree assault, 2nd-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Eastgate Ln., 11:32 p.m., Aug. 12.

Keron C. Lobban, 33, of 38 Lawton St., Springfield, MA, was charged with sale of certain illegal drugs (two counts) and possession of more than a half-ounce but less than four ounces of a controlled substance, in connection with a narcotics violation at Enfield Superior Court on Phoenix Ave., 11:12 a.m.

[Name Removed], 53, of Suffield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, 3rd-degree assault and operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call at the Enfield Mall on Hazard Ave., 6:06 p.m., Aug. 12.

Daniel K. Ritter, 21, of 147 Pearl St., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance at Home Depot on Elm St., 5:35 p.m.

Christopher M. Feliciano, 23, of 57 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, sale of certain illegal drugs, conspiracy to commit sale of certain illegal drugs, criminal attempt to commit sale of certain illegal drugs, possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school/daycare and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, in connection with a narcotics violation and on a 2013 warrant, 8:00 p.m.

Rebekah L. Vazquez, 20, of 86 Pleasant St., Apt. 2, Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance at Freshwater Pond on North Main St., 8:15 p.m.

Daniel X. Ortiz, 18, of 63 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with conspiracy to commit sale of certain illegal drugs, criminal attempt to commit sale of certain illegal drugs, possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school/daycare, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and operating under suspension, in connection with a narcotics violation, 8:00 p.m.
