Born 12/8/76; last known address is 67-C North Main St., East Windsor. 5'8", 230 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes. He is wanted on a warrant for burglary, and two warrants for violation of probation. Anyone knowing his whereabouts is asked to call Enfield Police at 860-763-8911.

April 9

Ardencio Velasgoez, 29, of 150 Russ St., Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer, in connection with a criminal call on Columbia Rd., 11:00 p.m. 

Joel H. Perez, 27, of 82 Madison St., Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer and 2nd-degree forgery, in connection with a criminal call on Columbia Rd., 11:00 p.m.

April 10

Michael S. Spano, 18, of 31 Sherman Rd., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a narcotics violation on Brainard Rd. and Varno Ln., 12:38 a.m.

Amy J. Centerbar, 32, of 6224 Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility and following too closely, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Enfield and Elm Sts., 5:41 p.m.

Richard N. Decaro, 52, of 13 Hillside Ave., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to use turn signal and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a DUI call on Hazard Ave., 6:33 p.m.
