April 10
Michael S. Spano, 18, of 31 Sherman Rd., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a narcotics violation on Brainard Rd. and Varno Ln., 12:38 a.m.
Amy J. Centerbar, 32, of 6224 Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility and following too closely, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Enfield and Elm Sts., 5:41 p.m.
Richard N. Decaro, 52, of 13 Hillside Ave., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to use turn signal and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a DUI call on Hazard Ave., 6:33 p.m.
