Flu Clinic presented by Home & Community Health Services, Inc.

Date of Program:  Saturday, October 26, 2013 from 10:00 AM to Noon

“Save Lives.  Immunize!”  The Enfield Public Library will hold a Flu Clinic sponsored by Home & Community Health Services, Inc. on Saturday, October 26th from 10:00 AM to Noon.

To receive the flu vaccination you must be 18 years or older.  Anyone who is currently receiving radiation, chemotherapy, immunosuppressive therapy or that has been treated for Hodgkin’s disease must present a physician’s note in order to be immunized.  Insurance that is accepted includes: Medicare Part B, Connecticare, HealthNet, Aetna, Wellcare, Fallon Community and Harvard Pilgrim Health Plans and Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Anthem’s J Plan is excluded).  If the flu vaccine is not covered by your insurance company, you will be billed privately.  You will be responsible for any co-pay.  If you are paying privately the fee is $35.00, payable by cash or check.
