Check Out the New Discovery Packs at the Pearl Street Library!

In celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Pearl Street Library, the Friends of the Enfield Library have purchased a collection of ten Discovery Packs which can be checked out from the branch at 159 Pearl Street. These popular backpacks are perfect for parents, grandparents, and caregivers of children in the 3 – 8 year age group. 

Each pack includes at least 5 theme related books, plus an extra prop to enhance interest.  For example, the Little Chef pack includes a chef hat and jacket, along with story books and a recipe book. The Dinosaur pack contains stories, an informative guide book and a set of plastic dinosaurs.  Other packs in the collection are: Marine Animals, Jungle Animals, 5 Little Monkeys, Curious George, Detective, Superhero, Construction Worker and Fire Fighter.

All you need is your library card to check out the pack and enjoy it at home for 3 weeks.
