Enfield's 4th of July Celebration: A Guide

Get ready for the town of Enfield’s 4th of July celebration weekend! Granted, it’s not on the 4th of July weekend but there will still be fireworks!

The festivities run from Friday, July 11 to Sunday, July 13, at the Enfield Town Green. All shows are free.

Friday, July 11

  • 5  p.m. Back-Fire in Concert on the "Family Ford Stage"
  • 8 p.m. Teen Zone Opens - Foam Party, DJ, and Volleyball - Higgins Ballfield


Saturday, July 12

  • 7 p.m. Road Races Award's Ceremony at the Higgins Stage
  • 8 p.m. Teen Zone Opens - 2014 Battle of the Bands Competition presented by Suffield Music

Sunday, July 13
  • 1:30 p.m. Enfield Police Department K-9 Demonstration on the Town Green
  • 6 p.m. Presentation of the 2014 Patriot's Award from the "Family Ford Stage"
  • 9:45 p.m. Fireworks Spectacular by "America's First Family of Fireworks" Zambelli Fireworks (presented by Lia Auto Group)

Opening Times for Special Events

All children's activities and concerts are free. Events are weather permitting and subject to change.  A free shuttle bus service will run between the Enfield Square Mall and the Enfield Town Green.

No coolers, pets, bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, or fireworks allowed. ID required for purchasing or consuming alcohol.
