TRUNK or TREAT

Calling ghosts, goblins, werewolves and creatures of all kinds; this will be a Halloween event to die for! We will trick or treat, play ghoulish games and monster mash to spooky screams in the night. So dress in your most ghastly Halloween wear, because this event is sure to scare!


 


EGSA is inviting Enfield families to trunk or treat with us; this provides a safe and fun way for families to enjoy Halloween. Children will enjoy going trunk to trunk, trick or treating, and other activities Halloween activities.

All admissions tickets & vehicle admission must be completed by October 19th, 2013

Individual Admission @ $2.00 each plus a health/beauty item - Qty _____ = $_______Total Amount


Family Admission (Group of up to 5) @ $8.00 each plus a health/beauty item - Qty _____ = $_______Total Amount


Vehicle Trunk Registration @ $5.00 a vehicle plus a health/beauty item - Qty _____ = $_______Total Amount


Families will be responsible for bringing a bag for their child’s candy!


Vehicles are responsible for supplying their own candy to hand out!


Health/Beauty should be brought with you to the trunk or treat event, items are being donated to the Enfield Food Shelf!

You can purchase admission tickets & take care of vehicle registration in person from me or your “Team Assistant”, or you can fill out this form and return it to your “Team Assistant” with check, cash

you can mail the completed form along with a check made payable to EGSA


 to: EGSA c/o Debbie Martinez 160 Brainard Rd, Enfield, CT. 06082 and be sure to include a self addressed, stamped envelope so we can get your admission tickets and/or vehicle registration confirmation back to you.


2:30 – 3:45 vehicle registration check-in & set up


4:00 – 7:30 trunk or treating, music, dancing, games, food, & fun


5:00 trunk & costume judging begins


7:30 – 8:00 costume & trunk winners announced


 


Some ideas of acceptable health/beauty items


Shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, dental floss,  deodorant, razors, shaving cream, soap, body wash, brushes, combs, lotion, powder, chap stick, baby wipes, diapers, feminine hygiene products, tissue, toilet paper
