Massachusetts Church Buys Former Furniture Building

The recently-closed Nassau's furniture building on King Street has been sold.

A Massachusetts church has purchased the recently-vacated furniture store on Route 5, according to a report in the Hartford Courant.

The 27,000 square foot building and surrounding 18 acres of land was sold to the Grace & Glory Apostolic Church Inc. for $1.8 million, the paper reported.

The building is located at 1600 King Street in Enfield.

Grace & Glory has had its principal address at 93 Meadowbrook Road in East Longmeadow, MA since 1984, according to Bizapedia.
