Enfield High School Lamplighters to Conduct Theatre Camp

The Enfield High Lamplighters will be holding a Theatre Camp for interested theatre students in grades 8-12 in North Central Connecticut at the Enfield High Auditorium from July 10th through August 3rd. The Camp will operate Tuesday through Friday of each week from 12:30pm to 3:00 pm each day.  The Camp will concentrate on developing acting skills, vocal techniques and character development with the use of improv, daily exercises and performances.  The camp will also work on development of backstage skills including stage work, lighting, sound, and other activities. These lessons will be done in conjunction with the development of a night of one acts and improv theatre to to be performed before a live audience on the evening of Friday August 2nd. Tuition for the camp will be $175. Interested students should call 860-745-7092 by July 2nd to reserve a spot and obtain an application or for additional information.  Camp directors are Chris Senior and Nate Ferreira.
