Due to the recent sale of Rave Cinemas, Texas-based Cinemark Holdings Inc. has taken over a handful of movie theaters in Connecticut, including a location in Enfield.
Cinemark recently completed its $240 million acquisition of Rave Cinemas, which has a total of 68 screens in the state at five locations, according to a Hartford Courant report.
James P. Meredith, a Cinemark spokesperson, told the Courant moviegoers "should notice no changes throughout the busy summer movie season, both in the theater and in the pricing of tickets."
