1. Learn the basic mechanics of using a computer during "Techno Topics" Monday at 7 p.m. at the , 104 Middle Rd. Cheryl Collins will cover things like using the mouse, navigating the desktop, opening and saving files, and accessing the Internet.
2. The only home game for local high school teams Monday has Fermi girls basketball hosting Rocky Hill at 7 p.m.
3. Jan. 9 is National Apricot Day and National Static Electricity Day.
