Volunteers Needed for After School Program

Looking for a volunteer opportunity for you or someone you know?!?!?

With the 2013-2014 school year just around the corner, ERfC is accepting applications from dedicated individuals interested in volunteering at one of our School-Age Centers.

Volunteering in one of our after-school Centers is perfect for individuals who like working with children, or may be considering a career in teaching or in youth development programs. Volunteer schedules are flexible and we provide a variety of opportunities.

ERfC maintains a record of all your volunteer hours for college resumes, employment, or other high school or college credit programs. Internship opportunities are also available.

ERfC School-Age Center locations include: Enfield Street School (K-5), Henry Barnard (K-5), Eli Whitney (3-5), Hazardville Memorial (K-2) and JFK Middle School (6-8) Volunteers must be 16 years or older; and over 18 to volunteer in our Middle School Center.

For more volunteer information e-mail Amanda Mendez, ERfC Volunteer & Community Relations Coordinator at amendez@erfc.us or call the ERfC office at 860-253-9935.
