The Enfield Youth Center collaborates with Jonathan Metcalf and the best of area martial art instructors to begin a second year of the Martial Arts Club of Enfield

Jonathan Metcalf, Integrity Martial Arts, has put together an outstanding martial arts program utilizing the best of local instructors teaching martial arts of all kinds each week,  different instructors, different material, a true mixed martial arts program. Metcalf states, “We wanted to create a lasting program that would reach young people in town to help them pursue healthy and productive goals.  We are creating a community of people who love to work with kids, are good at it, and are willing to spend a just a little bit of time every few months to make a difference.”

The Martial Arts Club of Enfield began in October and continues to grow each week with more and more youth joining.  Each class has covered new topics in the area martial arts, character development and continues to expand the students understanding of the true meaning of what a true martial artist is.

The Martial Arts Club of Enfield is run through the Enfield Youth Center, 19 North Main Street. It meets Monday evenings from 5:00-5:45 and is free for any Youth Center member.  For more information about this or any other program that is run though Enfield Youth Services please call 860-253-6380 or visit us at www.enfieldyouthservices.org
